End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between Geek Techbuzz LLC (“Geek Techbuzz,” “we,” “our,” or “Licensor”) and the customer, purchaser, installer, or end user (“User,” “You,” or “Licensee”) governing the use of eligible digital software products purchased through geektechbuzz.com.

This EULA applies to antivirus software, security subscriptions, downloadable utilities, activation keys, renewal codes, multi-device licenses, and any related software entitlement delivered through the website.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using any covered software product, you acknowledge and agree to this EULA. A EULA is intended to grant usage rights while preserving ownership and setting restrictions on copying, sharing, and misuse.

1. Business Information

This software licensing workflow is operated by:

Geek Techbuzz LLC
Address: 196 Tosto Rd
Beaufort, North Carolina 28516
United States
Email: info@geektechbuzz.com

Where explicitly disclosed, certain software licenses may be delivered through authorized software distribution and publisher-aligned reseller workflows.

2. License Grant

Subject to full payment, product eligibility, and compliance with this EULA, Geek Techbuzz grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the purchased software solely for your internal personal or business use.

License scope may depend on the purchased SKU, including:

  • Single Device License
  • Multi-Device License
  • Renewal Subscription
  • Upgrade Entitlement
  • Business Seat Allocation
  • Time-Limited Subscription
  • Region-Specific Activation

The software is licensed, not sold, and ownership remains with the original publisher or rights holder.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All ownership rights, source code rights, software architecture, branding, activation systems, and publisher intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the applicable software publisher, developer, or rights holder.

Your purchase grants only a right to use the software within the licensed scope.

You do not acquire ownership rights in:

  • Source Code
  • Object Code
  • Product Branding
  • Activation Infrastructure
  • Documentation
  • Upgrade Paths
  • Derivative Rights

This ownership clarification is a core purpose of a EULA.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the software only in accordance with:

  • Purchased Device Limits
  • Subscription Duration
  • Region Eligibility
  • Supported Operating Systems
  • Product Documentation
  • Publisher Usage Rules
  • Renewal Match Requirements

Any use outside the licensed scope may result in suspension or termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not, except where prohibited by law:

  • Resell The Activation Key
  • Share License Credentials
  • Transfer Entitlements To Unauthorized Users
  • Reverse Engineer The Software
  • Modify Or Decompile Binaries
  • Bypass Activation Controls
  • Use Automated Key Harvesting
  • Use Beyond Purchased Device Limits
  • Redistribute Installer Files Publicly
  • Use For Illegal Or Malicious Purposes

Restrictions on reverse engineering, copying, and unauthorized distribution are standard EULA protections.

6. Publisher Terms and Precedence

Covered software products may also be subject to the original publisher’s:

  • End User Terms
  • Device Restrictions
  • Subscription Renewal Rules
  • Privacy Terms
  • Feature Availability Limits
  • Regional Activation Controls
  • Support Policies

Where a conflict exists, the original software publisher’s EULA or product-specific legal terms may supersede this reseller-level EULA for software-functionality matters.

This clause is very important for antivirus brands.

7. Updates, Renewals, and Version Changes

Software publishers may issue:

  • Security Updates
  • Feature Updates
  • Signature Database Updates
  • Major Version Upgrades
  • Renewal Migration Changes
  • End-Of-Life Notices

Continued use after such updates may remain subject to the then-current publisher terms and applicable renewal conditions.

8. Termination of License

This license may be suspended or terminated where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Chargeback Abuse
  • Fraudulent Purchase
  • Key Sharing
  • Duplicate Refund Abuse
  • Resale Misuse
  • Device Limit Circumvention
  • Violation Of This EULA
  • Publisher Revocation

Upon termination, you must cease use of the software and remove it from all devices within your control.

Termination rights are a key enforceability clause in EULAs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

Except where expressly provided by the original software publisher or required by applicable law, the software is provided on an “as available” and “as licensed” basis.

Geek Techbuzz does not independently warrant:

  • Uninterrupted Operation
  • Universal Device Compatibility
  • Third-Party OS Stability
  • Virus Detection Effectiveness
  • Future Feature Continuity
  • Publisher Server Availability

Any functional warranties remain governed by the software publisher.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geek Techbuzz shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect Damages
  • Lost Data
  • Business Interruption
  • Security Incidents Outside Publisher Scope
  • OS-Level Conflicts
  • Third-Party Software Interference
  • Customer Misconfiguration
  • Unsupported Device Installations

Any liability, where imposed by law, shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable software entitlement.

11. Refund and Entitlement Relationship

Refund eligibility remains governed by the separate:

  • Digital Software License Policy
  • Return & Refund Policy
  • Cancellation Policy

As a general rule, software entitlements are non-refundable once successfully delivered unless defective or required by law.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Updates to This EULA

Geek Techbuzz may revise this EULA periodically to reflect:

  • Publisher Rule Changes
  • New Software Categories
  • Subscription Model Changes
  • Legal Compliance Standards
  • Fraud Prevention Controls

Updated versions become effective upon posting or at the next entitlement issuance stage. EULAs commonly evolve over time as software and publisher rules change.
